Orb or Orb.net is currently in beta. As such, you are helping us test and improve the Platform. Your participation is highly valued, and we appreciate your feedback.   • Log Data: We automatically collect information about your device, including IP address, operating system, and app usage details (e.g., features used, crash reports, performance metrics).
  • Feedback and Surveys: Any information you voluntarily provide through feedback forms or surveys will be collected.

2.4 Connectivity Data 

  • Orb results and related data: WiFi connection, service set identifier (“SSID”), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (“IMSI”) and International Mobile Equipment Identity (“IMEI”).

2.5 Device Information

  • Device ID which is a distinctive number associated with a smartphone or similar handheld device. As well as, device information, including Device type, operating system and software information, and settings.

2.6 Other Data

  • Beta Testing Data: In connection with the testing process, you may provide additional data about your usage experience, bug reports, or suggestions for improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Improving the Platform: Data collected will be used to diagnose issues, improve functionality, and enhance user experience during the beta phase.
  • Communication: We may contact you via email or through the Platform to inform you of updates, gather feedback, or notify you of important changes.
